4. Order

5. Price and Payment

7. Returns and Refunds
- Digital and customized products: no returns or refunds accepted.
- Physical products: returns are accepted only under normal conditions, meaning the product must not have been used, must be returned in its original packaging, and must conform to the description.
- Errors in size or color are the customer's responsibility and do not entitle the customer to return or refund.
- Products purchased on promotion are not eligible for return or refund.
8. Warranty
